James Burgess lives in Northern California with Beverly, his wife of over fifty years. They are active members of their home church. They are involved as one of the leaders in a ministry called Rooted and are the leaders of a Home Bible Study. James is a graduate of Yuba College, A.S. in Civil Engineering Tech and a graduate of Baptist Bible College, B.S. in English Bible and Graduate of Theology.

Hosea: God’s Reconciling Love is his third fiction novel and is a Biblical, historical, fiction. His first fiction novel, A New Hope and his second novel, Devastatingly in Love can be found on his website bookstore, www.JamesBurgessAuthor.com. He is currently writing his fourth novel, a Contemporary Christian Fiction called Stuttering Faith.

James is also published in three Inspire Press Anthologies: Inspire Love, Inspire Kindness, and Inspire Grace.
